Pre-Construction Coordinator job requirements:
Ability to read Construction Plans.
Have previous knowledge of mechanical trades (preferably Plumbing and HVAC).
Ability to take plan measurements from Construction Prints.
Primary Job responsibilities:
Duties will consist of loading material inventory for the project into digital database.
Marking Plans with necessary plumbing measurements.
Adding and organizing plan notes that provide detailed information (City specific, Builder specific, Code specific)
Soft skills: Detail Oriented, Computer software utilization, Excel, WORD, Verbal and Written communication are critical to success, CAD experience preferred. Able to work independently as well as in a Team atmosphere. Ability to meet project deadlines with accuracy.
