We are seeking an individual with bookkeeping and office administration experience to manage accounts payable and receivables. Must be skilled with various computer programs, including Word, Excel, quickbooks and others. Must be highly organized and capable of managing day to day office management, collections, payable, receivables, checkbook balancing, invoice creation, customer relations, and account management, among other responsibilities inherent in administration and operations. Candidate must be able to work 8-5 pm M-F with additional hours, as needed.
