The Customer Service Representative is responsible for a variety of usual client contacts via the telephone, email and post. This job will have the responsibility for receiving and assessing client orders as well as responding to customer issues and inquiry. The ideal applicant should have the ability to place and review special requests and credits/returns. The candidate will require excellent call manners and excellent communicating skills.
- Superb verbal and written communication abilities including business responses.
- Must have the ability to operate Computer, ten-key calculator/adding machine.
- Flexibility to work extra hours that include weekends and holidays as operation needs
