Busy serial entrepreneur seeking a ROCK STAR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. This person is my right-hand, and helps manage my businesses while also keeping my personal life on track.
♦ 1-2 yrs. Minimum Experience as an Administrative Assistant.
♦ Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel (mail merge, spreadsheets, macros etc.).
♦ QuickBooks is a plus.
♦ Creative skillsets are another plus.
♦ Good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
♦ Able to manage time well and multitask.
This position will be an EXCELLENT FIT for someone who:
