The Director of Marketing provides strategic vision and marketing direction and is responsible for advising and guiding effective brand positioning and advertising, as well as creating onsite programming that aligns with brand and property DNA. They are also responsible for establishing strategic marketing partnerships as well as setting priorities for selecting vendor partners including creative and PR agencies and digital vendors.
This position oversees all public relations activities and leads development and deployment of customer loyalty programming. The Director of Marketing plays a key role in departmental leadership and will coach corporate and property based team members on grass roots marketing, digital marketing, traditional tactics, analytics, PR and design/development. The ideal candidate will be excited to take on multitude of projects from start to finish.

Responsible for strategic planning and marketing for multiple unique locations and brands
Responsible for managing advertising plan and ad media spending
Manage budget and P&L review
Oversee creative development of advertising campaigns
Responsible for hiring and management of creative agencies, and oversight of brand development and partnerships
Hiring and management of PR agencies; oversight of PR efforts
Hiring, coaching and leading the corporate marketing team
Negotiate with vendors, publishers and third parties
Coaching and development for on sight marketing team members
Development and supervision of loyalty programming
Provide marketing/ecommerce strategy and direction
Strategic planning and oversight of Social Media efforts
MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in marketing, communication arts, or similar field required.
5+ years of experience in Marketing, digital and PR
Strong planning and organization skills
Extremely detail oriented
Must be self-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Possess computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
